Oh man, the bailout. Can you believe this is happening?
Check out this 32 word excerpt from the proposal:
If this proposal passes through unchanged, it will hand over unlimited power to the executive branch effective immediately. Considering we're already going 700 billion in the hole for this (we as in you and me and all of our tax money), it will make it extremely easy to shove a few more things through given the above wordage. And there's no need to worry about re-election!
Mom, no offense, but your beloved republican party has been taken over. I'm sure there was a day when it was humble and all about small government and etc, but those days have passed :(. They pushed against having regulations on this whole mess since the beginning (because that would be socialist and anti-free-trade), but now that it's failed they're going to go ahead and do exactly that but worse - "corporate socialism" at its worst. Makes me nauseous. Who'd have thunk we'd be paying up the chain instead of having the "trickle down"?
Regulation doesn't look so bad now, does it?

Thoughts of the day.
Today's thoughts:
- Watching interesting show about transgenderism on msnbc
- Uh... Eharmony commercial during transgender show. Doubt eharmony knows. They don't accept gays, atheists. ... Transgender is doubtful.
- And by brown, I meant B-Town. lol
- I keep waiting for Sarah Palin to say "Don't Cha Know"
- Watching a very interesting show about Anheuser-Busch on CNBC. There's a lot about beer and even wine and liqour in general.
- crap. freaking macbook cable is bare where it joins at the box. this is the second time i've had this happen. and no electrical tape.
- I meant MBP. Now charging MBP with Macbook power supply. Believe it or not, it works. I've done it by accident before.
- i am craving macadamia nuts.
- you've got to be kidding me. check out this ad. tinyurl.com/4oy2b7 ... btw, it's for real.
- The Mormon Tabernacle Choir is neither Mormon nor a tabernacle nor a choir. Discuss.
- I hate half.com. Got an order 2 weeks ago on my 4 year old inventory. Apparently they took away the "yes i'll ship" feature and just assume.
- My name is on the flyer for an event this weekend that I was never asked to play - and even after I pointed it out, no communication. Play?
