except microsofts big = more $$ is still preferable to apple's equation, which seems to be:
( small + hand-holding )^(non-modular)/ (dumbing down computer users so they have to pay for customer tech support instead of learning about basic computer stuff everyone should know before buying a computer) * (dependency on the manufacturer) = more $$
( i've put things in () to help with the order of operations... because the mac users probably forgot how to do that... :wink: )
