There's a movie that was being made about correctional camps of this kind not necessarily. I think it was to be called cold water. I heard about it years ago. The first thing I learned is how common camps that try to change and brainwash there "clients" are. ColdWater description: Since 1980, THOUSANDS of TEENAGERS have been sent to JUVENILE BOOT CAMPS and BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION schools around the world, only to be HUMILIATED and TORTURED. To date, at least 180 of these CHILDREN have DIED or been KILLED as a result of those in charge of these so-called "REHABILITATION" centers. Many of these facilities still exist today, often recommended by local and state authorities, yet allowed to run AUTONOMOUSLY without any governmental oversight. COLDWATER will be dedicated to those who paid the ultimate price.
You would thinkg the policy of not being allowed to communicate with anyone outside the facilitate for a period of time is enough to make it seem curious to most yet parents still send there children off to these places. Where in some cases they suffer sexual abuse and trauma, certainly more then any amount of homo sex could cause.
