Last week I went to OzzFest and thought it rather odd for the U.S. Navy to be there. Obviously the booth was quiet and slow... they're desperate though. Nobody seems to want to fight.

FCC Launches Sony BMG Payola Probe
The Federal Communications Commission has opened an investigation into whether Sony BMG Music Entertainment violated federal guidelines by failing to disclose payments to radio stations for airplay. Two weeks ago, the record company shelled out $10 million to settle a New York State probe that revealed that they compensated various commercial stations for record spins.No wonder X103 plays the same damn songs over and over again...
