My vote for Kerry in '04 was more about making sure the next supreme court judges weren't elected by crazy bible thumpers... and with all wings of government under Republican control, the media under conservative control, and two open slots........................


The judges are at best going to be down the middle of the political road, and that's if we're lucky.
